The pipes of the water supply system are polypropylene pipes PN 16 and PN 20 for cold and hot water with an aluminum shut-off valve. This type of pipe does not deposit scale on its walls and does not corrode. Mounted thermal insulation on all exposed areas to prevent condensation. Mounted water meters. The sewage will be completed with PVC pipes up to the stopper.

Sewage installation:

For household needs.

The pipes of the sewage installation are of the "silent" type. The material and structure of the pipes, as well as the measures taken during installation and  its strengthening, allow reducing the noise from the running water to minimum. The silent sewer system is structured by pipes with an optimally constructed three-layer structure of polypropylene (PP). It meets all the requirements for a comfortable and quiet environment in modern housing. The technology of three-layer extrusion with a mineral-enriched middle layer provides special strength and reliability of the pipe. The system has a noise level of 12 dB (A) at a flow of 2 l/sec, which corresponds to the European standard EN 14366. Resistant to instantaneous loads at a peak temperature of 95 * C. Operating range from -25 * C to + 95 * C. High chemical resistance in domestic and  industrial sewage systems. Easy installation to other existing systems (cast iron systems, PP, PVC and others). Low coefficient of thermal expansion. Recyclable product, suitable for the principles of “green” building.

Drainage installation.

A system of funnels, siphons and pipes is planned to capture and drain all the rainwater. The hidden funnels under the paving of the terraces "invisibly" will do their job without violating the aesthetics and design of this part of the building.

For firefighting needs

Firefighting installation is made of galvanized pipes 2´´ and consists of fire boxes located on each floor, complete with a nozzle and a hose with a length of 20 m.

The apartments will be delivered with water meters and electricity meters sealed by the respective institutions.
